Deal Reached On Judges

The news of the night is that a deal has been reached on federal judges. I will have to read the fine print of the compromise, but I have some initial thoughts. The deal sounds disappointing for Republicans. It still does not give an up or down vote to Henry Saad and William Meyers. It does get Janice Rogers Brown and Pricella Owen confirmed which is great. It also guarantees an up or down vote for any Supreme Court vacancy when it occurs barring "exraordinary circumstances".
