Still No Decision On The Ramos/Compean Appeal

The appeal of wrongly convicted border agents Compean & Ramos is still pending before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeal in New Orleans. It's been over six months since the oral arguments in the case. It should have been announced by now. I spoke to Rep Dana Rohrabacher at the recent Flag Day dinner. He wondered aloud why it was taking so long as well. The end of the court term is near. The decision should be announced at any moment.
