Missouri Says "NO" to Gay Marriage

In a lopsided 71-29% tally, voters of Missouri have made their voices heard loud and clear, no gay marriage. This is unless of course a federal judge steps in and slaps an injuction on the referendum for being unconstitutional. I'm wondering how long it will take for the lawsuit papers to be filed by the ACLU or like organization. I put the over/under on it at 45 days. The Defense of Marriage Act(DOMA) days are numbered I get the feeling. This just reinforces the urgency of re-electing George W Bush. There will probably be at least two retirements next year on the US Supreme Court. There might be up to four vacancies in the next coming four years on the court. I predict justices Stevens,Rhenquist, and O'Conner to be likely choices for retirement.
