Yours Truly In The News This Morning

So after Arnold's speech last night, I ended up speaking to a few reporters about my thoughts of Arnold's speech and his newly minted liberal democratic leanings. I spoke with Kate Folmar from the San Jose Mercury News. She was telling me that most delegates that she was trying to get a quote from did not want to "go on the record" expressing their displeasure with Arnold. I on the other hand have no such reservations and the quotes from me came fast and furious. If you want to read what I said, click here.

You gave an excellent response. Arnold should be called on the carpet. He should be aware that his supporters are getting real ansy with his governing, some on the edge of abandoning him.

I'm actually increasingly concerned that Arnold may bolt the GOP. I hope this is not the case.

Your comments were right on, and it was great you were described as a "libertarian Republican."

In fact, I may just put your comments up on my website. Stay tuned!

Would you be interested in being a guest on our national radio show? Libertarian Politics Live on the subject of Arnold? Let me know.

Thanks for the nice comments Eric. I would love to be on your radio show to discuss Arnold. He has really pissed off most of his base as you can see from the response he received at our recent CRP state convention.

If Arnold leaves the GOP party, it won't really be a big loss IMO. He's acting more & more like a socialist every day. California is a ticking financial time bomb right now. When the bomb goes off it is not going to be pretty.

After 2005, Arnold realized just how irrelevant the GOP has become in CA. He'll appeal to the part of the GOP base that agrees with him. Which rarely go to conventions.

This may come as a shock Allan, the majority of voters of either party could care less about the party machines and their biannual soires.
