CRA Launches Victory Team 2006

This is awesome. In addition to being a thorn in the side of the Governor and his campaign team, this new CRA initiative will empower conservative grassroots volunteers to make phone calls, walk precincts and promote candidates without having to drink the kool aid the Governor's campaign team wants us to drink. This is great for people like myself who just can't stomach the governor's policy decisions anymore. We have one of the best down ticket slate of candidates that we have ever had. This new website will let volunteers download and print off flyers that advocate support for guys like Tom McClintock and Dick Mountjoy. I heard from some Arnold campaign staffers this morning about this initiative by the CRA and they are not happy about it. This makes me even happier. Arnold has brought this on himself. Did he expect that we would lay down and play dead while he gives the Democrats everything they wanted this past year? I don't think so. Arnold's people are spinning that since we(conservatives) didn't turn out for the past special election, we deserve what's been coming out of Sacramento the last few months. Nice attitude guys.

Lastly I just wanna say....keep up the great work Mike Spence and the CRA.

It's a blue state; even if all the conservatives got out ot vote, it wouldn't have mattered.

I kinda hope Tom McClintock wins even though I doubt it will happen.

As I mentioned on the OC Blog I find it hysterically funny that Tommy McC is running for a position he once advocated eliminating. Though his hypocrisy on government is well known given that he blasts at BIG GOVERNMENT having lived off the public trough almost his entire adult life.

But more importantly, if he wins, it guarantees the Dems will take back the governorship in 2010. The Dems could put up Hugo Chavez against Tommy and he still would lose.

So damn the torpedoes. Full speed on McC for LG.

Thanks for all the advice guys. Could you do me a favor and nominate Phil Angilides again or Mayor Antonio Reconquista in 2010. McClintock would be governor right now if Arnold hadn't of run in the recall. He would have stomped on Cruz Bustamecha.

It must be frustrating for Democrats to watch Phil's campaign implode like it has been doing.

Not frustrating at all. Remember there were two candidates in the primary. I preferred the other one. So I'm not surprised at the results.

And does it really matter? Arnold is running to the left so fast moderate folks like me win either way. That must really frustrate you.

Like Dan pointed out. It's a Blue state. Tom doesn't have a chance. And had Arnold not won, he might have been governor. But guess what? Arnold did run and McC isn't governor nor will he ever be governor. Tommy's best chance to remain slurping it up at the public trough will come when Elton Gallegly finally retires (like he wanted to do last time) and Tommy McC can start slurping at the federal level with no term limits.

And I didn't even address DiFi's opponent. Is that really his name? I saw him in one of those movies made out in the San Fernando Valley.

If you know what I mean.

His reality that will crash down upon him is he'll probably get a slightly less worse thrashing than the beating Senator Boxer (you'll be hearing that at least four more years if not longer) gave Bill Jones.

    Here you go Allan.

Maybe you can explain to me why I should be unhappy with Arnold.

    Arnold runs left.
