Kobe Is Free!!!!

Was their any doubt about this outcome today? I mean really. This case was a loser from the get go for the prosecution. I can only guess that Mark Hurlburt saw this case as a stepping stone for him to higher office probably. As it stands now, I don't think he could get elected dog catcher in Eagle after this debacle. Kobe put together a great team of attorneys to challenge every piece of evidence and do their own independent investigations of the accuser. This just further enhances everyones belief that if you have a lot of money, you can buy your own justice almost all the time. I'm not saying Kobe was guilty though. He was guilty of poor judgement and hopefully he has been scared straight after this ordeal. There is still the matter of the civil trial looming though. Does anyone really believe this will go to trial, no way jose. Kobe will pony up the required jack to buy errr I mean settle the case out of court. Now he can go about the business of getting LA another championship.
