Arnold Is PO'd At President Bush About Levees

I read with amusement this story because I was laughing thinking that why isn't he getting this pissed at President Bush for controlling the southern border? It's okay if half the citizens of Mexico stream into our country illegally, but damnit we really need federal money for those levees. Selective outrage on Arnold's part. Memo to Arnold: why haven't you declared an emergency yet on the border? I'd say it's kinda important to make sure we control who's coming into this country.
