Federal Reserve Raises Interest Rates By 1/4

Don't get me started about the Federal Reserve. It's not a federal organization and there are no reserves! It has to be one of the biggest oxymoronic names out there. Well, Greenspan and his pals raised the fed funds rate today by a quarter point. If anyone wants to read a good book about the history of the Federal Reserve, I recommend "The Creature From Jekyll Island" by G. Edward Griffen.
